The Mansion’s interior can hold 72 guests for a wedding ceremony or 48 at tables and chairs for a seated reception or party. Outdoors, we can accommodate 100+ guests.

The “White House” of Kingsport, Allandale has hosted thousands of events over the past three decades, including weddings, art shows, school dances, corporate meetings, Fun Fest events and more. Our full-time staff is here to help you plan your event!
Enjoy a stroll on the verdant Grand Lawn. View the gorgeous Georgian-style architecture of the Mansion, where 95 percent of the furnishings are original. Sit under the shade of a sturdy oak and fish in one of our ponds. And if the weather takes a sudden turn, take refuge in one of our rustic barns.

Built in 1953, our gorgeous Georgian-style Mansion with fine antiques throughout lends an air of sophistication to any event.

The elegant Heron Dome is an upgrade to the Mansion facility. A Mansion rental is required for use of the Heron Dome.

Dr. Harry Coover and his family donated the Heron Dome in memory of his wife, Mrs. Muriel Zumbach Coover. It’s a wonderful spot for ceremonies and photographs.

The restored rustic beauty of Harvey’s Barn has space for activities on the lower level and in the upper loft. This facility is available April – October only.

Our Amphitheatre is a lovely open area that is ready to host your next concert or show!
1,500+ guests
This special venue was built by the Friends of Allandale and mirrors the architectural style of the mansion. It has an open flat stage with tiered front steps and grass lawn seating. Solar lights ring the perimeter.

Looking for a smaller space or a shorter rental? Check out our single space rental options.
Currently available for the Mansion Living Room and Mansion Lawn, but more spaces will be added. These single space rentals may be rented no more than 60 days out from your event and no less than 7 days out from your event. $50/hour, 3 hour minimum and 5 hour maximum.
